What would my Mother think?

What keeps us on the right track of morality? What motivates us to do the right thing? Well, we all have different answers to this. In January 2013 Ivan Fernandez a Spaniard athlete says "What would my Mom think?" was his reason to keep his moral compass intact. Not long ago my brother sent me a link which led me to find out the incredible story of sportsmanship and morality. In January 2013 during Burlada Cross Country Race in Spain Abel Mutai a Kenyan Athlete was leading the race and he would clearly win as well. He was only a few meters away from the finish line when he got confused with the signage and thought he already crossed the finish line so he stopped running. Ivan Fernandez was right behind him and he noticed Abel Mutai stopping, he realised what might have happened.  At this point of time one might think that the smartest thing to do here would be to get past Abel Mutai and win the Gold for themselves. I fear Kali is Winning

During this dark period I have a fear, I fear that Kali is winning. By Kali I mean the Demon Kali not Godess Kāli. Godess Kāli and the Demon Kali are two different entities. Kali is a Demon and since the dawn of time he has been trying to over throw Dharma from existence. Dharma in Indian Philosophy has several meanings in several context — Dharma means Justice, it means Duty, Moral Code of Conduct and even Discipline. Dharma has multiple meanings and each of them signifies Goodness. So, in summary we can say anything that is Good is Dharma and anything that is not is Adharma. Kali is the enemy of Dharma and he had tried everything to make Dharma weak. Dharma has 4 pillers which is explained with the metaphor of a Bull or a Cow in scriptures and these 4 pillars are described as 4 legs of Dharma.
