What would my Mother think?
What keeps us on the right track of morality? What motivates us to do the right thing? Well, we all have different answers to this. In January 2013 Ivan Fernandez a Spaniard athlete says "What would my Mom think?" was his reason to keep his moral compass intact. Not long ago my brother sent me a link which led me to find out the incredible story of sportsmanship and morality. In January 2013 during Burlada Cross Country Race in Spain Abel Mutai a Kenyan Athlete was leading the race and he would clearly win as well. He was only a few meters away from the finish line when he got confused with the signage and thought he already crossed the finish line so he stopped running. Ivan Fernandez was right behind him and he noticed Abel Mutai stopping, he realised what might have happened.
